hope everyone is enjoying this relaxing easter sunday!  we went to florida for spring break and now i'm catching up on the laundry and getting ready for the week. i just made the yummiest snack.  i'm a huge fan of gwyneth paltrow and most everything she does .... so of course i picked up her new cookbook.  so far i've only made this avocado treat but it was so yummy.  be back soon with a few seniors and engagement sessions i'm dying to share :)
